ADIDAS X SNEEZE SUPERSKATE CORE BLACK / FTWR WHITE / GOLDEN BEIGE
The Superskate, introduced in 1989, was part of the first adidas skateboard collection. Modeled after an early adidas basketball shoe from 1970, it had additional layers of leather at the toe guard and side panels, which provided extra reinforcement to increase the shoe’s durability on the court. The high-top was tough enough for skateboarding, and the shoe was quickly adopted. For SS23, SNEEZE brings back the iconic iteration of the Superskate that was mounted on the Campus tooling when the shoe was reintroduced in collaboration with streetwear label Bape in the early 2000s. This was an evolution from the ’70s vulcanized version that allowed the shoe to be more suited for skateboarding. The SS23 iteration has been further adapted with a slimmed-down silhouette, resulting in the most skate version to date
